She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Lepack and Ignatius Lepack; and her sister Margaret Lepack. She is survived by: her husband Andy; her children, Courtney, Taylor (Samantha) and Jocelyn; her grandson Eric Andrew; and her siblings, Marion (Harry), Jim (Beth) and Eleanor. She is also survived by her many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
