He was predeceased by: his children, Don (Bonnie) and Annette. He is survived by: his children, Doreen (Jack) and Dave; his wife Sandy; his children, Matthew (Bonnie), Amanda (Mike) and Ben (Tuuli); and his grandchildren, Ethan, Lee and Chloe.
