He is survived by: his wife Diane Bilodeau; his mother Ausma of Montreal; his siblings, Karl (Janice) of Oakton, Sandra Salter (Ted) of Toronto and Astra (Peter) of Ottawa; his sister-in-law Esther (Luc) of Quebec City; and his nieces and nephews, Lauren, Chris, Jacque, Kaitlyn, Hilary, Connor, Taylor, Emily, Cassandre and Vivianne.

In lieu of flowers, donations to University Institute of Cardiology and Respirology of Quebec, or the Canadian Cancer Society.
