He is survived by: his wife Theresa Stanistreet; his stepson Josh; his parents, Theresa "Terry" Holliday of Ottawa and Kerry Holliday (Penny Parkinson) of Midland; his sibling Erin Walin (Jason) of Wisconsin; and his aunts and uncles, Lorraine Yantha, Barb Gutz (Ken), Kathy Willbond (Pat), Rose Marie O'Grady (Jim), Chris Yantha (Denise) and Colleen Bryant (Harold).
