He was predeceased by: his parents, Paolo Toscano and Angela Toscano; and his siblings, Caterina Toscano, Antonia Toscano, Teresa Muia, Maria Toscano and Domenico Toscano.

He is survived by: his wife Caterina; and his friend France. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
