He is survived by: his wife Barbie; his children, Jason and Kaitlyn (Oliver); his sisters, Suzanne (George Caldwell) and Kathleen (Heath); and his nieces and nephews, Samantha, Kenda (Trevor), Jessica, Jared, Matthew (Carolina) and Benjamin.
