She was predeceased by: her brother Hugh; and her friend George Stead. She is survived by: her children, Sarah Zurich (Lukas Keller), Switzerland Florenceville-Bristol, Jennifer Florenceville-Bristol (Stephen Hutchings) and Andrew Ottawa (Raewyn Girard); and her grandchildren, Aiden George, Caitlin Stead, Julia Hutchings and Eleanor Keller.
As an expression of sympathy donations in Jancis' memory to the Ruddy-Shenkman Hospice, Kanata or St Luke's Anglican Church, Ottawa would be appreciated by her family.
