He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Brake and Winnifred Brake; and his sister Ada. He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his sons, Keith (Rosa) and Scott; his siblings, John (Mary), Trudy, George and Barry; and the mother of his children Waverly James. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
