He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil McIntosh and Alice McIntosh. He is survived by: his wife Christine; his children, Keith (Cindy), Doug (Heather), Beth (Rick Pyper) and Paul (Tracy); and his siblings-in-law, Keith Livingstone (Jean) and Shirley McLenaghan (John McConnell). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many close friends.
