It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Allan Figueredo (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away at the age of 79, on May 31, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Figueredo and Blanche Antunes; and his siblings, Joseph, Albert, Eleanor and Leslie.

He is survived by: his spouse Lalita; his children, Christian (Susan), Laila (Patrice), Jason (Trisha) and Lauren (Robin); and his grandchildren, Joshua, Jillian, Avary, Oscar, Lois and Bennett. He is also survived by extended family and friends.

2020 at the age of 79 years, upon contracting the COVID-19 virus and after a 17-year courageous battle with early-onset Alzheimer's disease.
