With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ali Abbasakoor of Ottawa, Ontario, who passed away on May 13, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Ali may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Abu and Zenambhye. He is survived by: his children, Sara (Robert), Adam (Rebecca), Yasmine (Jared) and Beth (Sean); and his grandchildren, Jocelyn, Alexa, Cait, Luc, Maya, Ari, Aliyah and Owen. He is also survived by three brothers, two sisters and many nieces and nephews.
