Aaron Deakin Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 14, 2024, at the age of 42, Aaron Deakin of Ottawa, Ontario passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Aaron Deakin to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his parents, Jean Deakin and Dave Deakin of Surrey, B. C.; his brother Adrian Deakin of Maple Ridge, B. C.; and his sons, Alexander Deakin and Deakin Stackhouse of Ottawa, Ontario. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The family kindly requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, a cause that was close to Aaron's heart and reflects his compassionate spirit.

Heart breaking. His passing has left a hurt I cannot fully express. Although I did not know his family, he spoke of his parents and brother Adrian in the highest regard and purest love. Forever remembered I promise.”

“Aaron will be missed by those of us who knew him. I met Aaron several years ago when he came to Ottawa as a business development officer for First National Financial. He was an avid and excellent golfer and a member of our men's night golf team. He made friends easily, was addicted to sports and always had a ready smile. Such a loss to his family and friends. He is now at peace and we who remain grieve our loss.”
