He was predeceased by: his parents, Halina Gulin and Wasyl Gulin. He is survived by: his siblings, Eugenia, Robert (Ellen) and John; his nieces and nephews, David Shevchuk (Marilou), Tanya Scattergood (Dave), Carla Sproule (Steve) and Chris Gulin (Damara); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Matthew, Hannah Scattergood, Alyssa Sproule, Aubrey and Sawyer Gulin.
