He was predeceased by: his wife Anne Grace (Scibetta); his parents, Salvatore and Stefana (Lauracella); and his siblings, Sue Giglia, Mary Foster, Phyllis, Lilliam Aristone, Joseph, John, Charlie, David and Deborah Paglia.

He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie (Edward Hewis) of Oshawa.
