In the sacred silence of farewell, Ugo is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Ugo's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He is survived by: his sons, Gabriel Chiodo (Pauline) and Sandy Chiodo (Dina); his wife Faustina Chiodo; and his grandchildren, Patricia (Ryan), Mario (Nicole), Claudia (Roberto), Lucas (Nicolle) and Julia (Niko). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stefano Funeral Home (1289 Keith Ross Dr, Oshawa, ON L1H7K4). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Stefano Funeral Home Chapel (1289 Keith Ross Dr, Oshawa, ON L1H7K4).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to R.S. McLaughlin Durham Regional Cancer Centre and/or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
