He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Harper and Mary Harper; and his sister Judy Harper. He is survived by: his daughters, Katie and Tara (Brandon Beers); the mother of his children Diana Harper; his grandchildren, Rachel and Morgan Beers; and his siblings, Jane Barry (Jim) of British Columbia, Mike Harper (Cathy) of Cobourg, Wendy Harper and Nancy Harper of Oshawa.
