It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Teri Normoyle (Oshawa, Ontario), who passed away, on August 10, 2024. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan Normoyle and Mae Normoyle of Oshawa; and her siblings, Sharon Weekes (Ken) of Cobourg and Robert Normoyle (Diane) of Port Perry. She is survived by: her son Neil Maunder (Emilie) of Orléans; her grandchildren, Gregory, Peter, Elizabeth, Anna, Christina and Victoria Maunder; her sister Sandra (Kim) of Port Dover; and her friend Gail Elliott. She is also survived by nephews, and many cousins and friends.

Memorial donations are greatly appreciated to the Terry Fox Foundation.

She was an excellent teacher whose knowledge of history and ability to relate it to literature made her teaching of English a true learning experience for her students. I will never forget her thoughtfulness in presenting me with a beautiful bouquet of flowers on my return to Dwyer after a year's absence due to illness.
