He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Kim Cook (Bob Cudmore), Jennifer Kessell (Tanner), James Gainey and Ricki-Anne; his grandchildren, Madison (Sam), Megan (Tristan), Callum, Brendan and Curtis; his brother Jim; and his close friends, Ed and Lorraine. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
