He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Sladeczek and Anna Sladeczek. He is survived by: his wife Wendy; his children, Paula, Chantelle, Ryan (Aimee), Matthew (Rachel), Joel (Lauren) and Jenelle (Scott); his grandchildren, Meadow, Samantha, Tori, Maci, Finley, Bronagh, Jessica, Jacob and Jerrica; and his great grandchildren, Josh and Tayla.
