With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael George Herbert Ormonde of Oshawa, Ontario, who passed away on March 29, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Michael George Herbert leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He is survived by: his daughter Joanne Gordon (Brendan); his grandson Banks; his son Jeffrey Ormonde (Ashley Pope); his grandchild Alannah Pope; and his sister Lynda Douse.
