She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. John Kwak; and her brother David. She is survived by: her children, Ted Chamberland (Maureen), Shirley Robert (Todd) and Gramz; her grandchildren, Joshua, Mya, Hannah, Chantel, Brendan, Sienna and Kendra; her siblings, Marnie, John, Paul and Bruce; her boyfriend Russ Snyder; and her pet Hazel.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Armstrong Funeral Home (124 King St E, Oshawa, ON L1H1B6). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory to the R.S. McLaughlin Cancer Centre at Lakeridge Health Oshawa would be appreciated by the family.
