He was predeceased by: his former wife Joan Snyder; his children, Leslie Patterson (Paul), Curt (Karen), Gylian Williams (Doug), Jason (Camille), Jennifer Taylor (Corey), Carl and Peter; and his siblings, Marjorie MacMillan (Cliff) and Murray (Sandra).
He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Giacomin; his grandchildren, Andrew (Megan), James, Alex, Megan (Gord), Olivia, Rachel, Ethan, Charlotte, Annabelle, Renée, Jane and Kate; and his sibling Audry Vollick (Ron).
