He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Marie Ciehanskie. He is survived by: his parents, Jessica Ciehanskie and Michael Hewlett; his siblings, Jedidiah Hewlett, Jennifer Williams and Madison Mills; his grandparents, Sherry Ciehanskie, Rick Ciehanskie, Joanne McAllister and Steve McAllister; his great-grandparents, Larry LaFrance, Terry LaFrance, Scott Hewlett and Loretta Hewlett; and his aunts and uncles, Devin Ciehanskie, Justin Mitchell and TeJay McDonald.
Donations in memory of Mark to the SickKids Foundation or to Grandview Children's Centre would be appreciated.
