She was predeceased by: her husband Mieczyslaw; her daughter Sophie Phillips (Mark); her parents, Florian Kuziomko and Olimpia Kuziomko; and her brothers, Jan and Pawal.
She is survived by: her daughter Irene Gorycki (Ron); and her sister Helena Kuc of Poland.
