He was predeceased by: his father Roy Cowan; his stepfather Terry Colling; and his brother Gary. He is survived by: his mother Mary Colling; his sons, Lloyd, Jamie and Frank; his granddaughters, Emily-Rose, Skyler and Jaida; his siblings, Jerry (Kathy), Nila (Gary), Cathy (Robert), Cheryl (Bob), Garnett (Cathy), Lana (Frank) and Roy (Denise); and his friend Johnny. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins.
