He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Ron Butterworth. He is survived by: his wife Eileen; his children, Lindsay Fennema (Mike) and Terri Ladd; his grandchildren, Hailey, Blake and Brooke Fennema; his brother John Ladd (Linda); his siblings-in-law, Jean Butterworth, Sandra Hill and Janice Short (Doug); and his caregivers, Elisha and Alison.
