He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Shaw. He is survived by: his wife Bernadette; his children, Christopher (Crystal), Wanda (Jack), Lisa (Kevin), Michael (Sam) and Alex; his grandchildren, Kayleigh, Mikey, Olivia, Thomas, Lydia and Wyatt; his father William Shaw; his brothers, Michael (Susan), Gary and William; his close friend Ron (Cindy); and his friend Jim. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
