She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Ulett and Ethel Ulett; and her siblings, Esmin, Deloris and Eugene.

She is survived by: her husband Donald Culmore; her children, Denean, Debbie (late Joseph Pavljuk), Kristy (Joe Brown), Kelly (Richard Norton) and Katelynn; her grandchildren, Nadia, Benjamin and Andrew; her siblings, Neville (Ena), Charlie (late Daphne), Roy (Brenda), Daphne (late Nick), Diane (Lucky) and Maurice (Beth); and her friend Mary Iheme. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and the countless children.
