We are sad to announce that on March 30, 2018, at the age of 63, Joseph Picard (Oshawa, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sibling Don Picard (Robin); his parents, Nellie Picard and Gerald Picard; and his parent-in-law Roberta Montgomery. He is survived by: his children, Mark Picard and Angie Picard; his grandchildren, Damon, Tyler, Danielle, Ryley and Marcus; his sibling Jeanine Picard; his parent-in-law Bruce Montgomery; and his siblings-in-law, Chris, Christine Montgomery, Brian, Sara Montgomery, Michael, Diane Montgomery, Cathy Montgomery and Peter Baker.

Memorial donations to the RS McLaughlin Cancer Centre (Lakeridge Health Oshawa Foundation) would be greatly appreciated by the family.
