In the sacred silence of farewell, John is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He is survived by: his daughter Erika; his son-in-law Jeff; his grandson Braeden; his siblings, Mary and Harold; and his wife Bruna. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thornton Funeral Centre (1200 Thornton Rd N, Oshawa, ON L1J0C9). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph the Worker Parish (1100 Mary St N, Oshawa, ON L1G5G8).
