James Gormley Obituary

With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James Gormley (Oshawa, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. James left this world on August 17, 2024 at the age of 77, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Helen; his daughter Erin O'Neill (Aaron); his grandchildren, Gavin (Big Guy) and Ashleigh (Princess); his sisters, Theresa Diver (Peter) and Mary Sinclair (Ian); his siblings-in-law, Maureen Gormley, Jim Irvine, William Brannan, Bill Carson (Shirley), Judith Dorais and Maggie Carson; his parents, Michael Gormley and Jane Gormley; his siblings, Benny, Michelle, Jeannie and Cissie; his brothers-in-law, John Harrison, Charlie Carson and Adrien Dorais; his niece Jane Diver; his nephew Laird Harrison; his son Paul; and his close friends, Tommy and Sue Masterman. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, we kindly request donations to Cystic Fibrosis Canada or the Alzheimer Society, both causes very dear to James.
