He is survived by: his wife Amy; his children, Jason (Danielle), Julie (Marko), Brianna (Andrew) and Sarah (Corey); his grandchildren, Aubree, Olivia, Mason, Ava, Peyton and Hayden; and his siblings, Mary Louise Amos (Paul) and David (Linda). He is also survived by his family and friends.

Donations in memory of Jim to either Lakeridge Health Oshawa Foundation Cancer Centre, or Ross Memorial Hospital Palliative Care Department, would be appreciated by the family.
