He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Lindsay and Geraldine Lindsay; and his siblings, Scott, David, Danny (Elaine), Barbara Kneteman (Jeff), Christopher and Patrick (Tammy).

He is survived by: his wife Sophie; his daughter Alison (Brian Davis); and his sister-in-law Mary Noakes (Ken). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
