It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Alma Elizabeth (Shearer) Rahme (Oshawa, Ontario), who passed away on November 28, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Irene Alma Elizabeth departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Irene Alma Elizabeth may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Irene Alma Elizabeth leaves behind.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the McIntosh-Anderson-Kellam Funeral Home LTD. (152 King St E, Oshawa, ON L1H1B6).

Donations in Irene's honour to Alzheimer Society of Canada or Glen Hill Terrace would be greatly appreciated as Irene's family used the resources and care of them both.
