She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Prosser and Mildred Mae Prosser; her granddaughter Amanda Cooper (Ammykins); and her husbands, Donald Starr and Earl Cooper.
She is survived by: her sisters, Joanne (Eric) and Judy (Al); her children, Terry Lee Ballinger (Tony), Allan Ross Cooper and Gerald John Cooper; her grandchildren, Cody Edward Ballinger (Nikki), Brandon Anthony Ballinger (Holly), Aimee Lee Ballinger (Eugene), Tyler William Ballinger (Lauren), Anthony James Ballinger "AJ", Michael, Samantha, Johnny and Amy Beson; her great grandchildren, Sebastian, Anastasia, Parker, Adelyn, Jude and Lucas; and her grandchildren, Saosin, Rosie and Rio. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and friends.
