He was predeceased by: his wife Joan. He is survived by: his children, Steven (Monique) and Cindy Kurhan (Ray); his siblings, Marjorie (Kevin), Ted (Nancy), Ron (Ana Maria), Heather (Gilles) and Kathy; and his friend Heather Myles. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and many friends.
