It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elvi Luoto (Oshawa, Ontario), who passed away on July 22, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her sibling Armi. She is survived by: her children, Todd and Dayna (Cam); her sister Leila (late Eino); and her nieces and nephews, Linda (Klaas), Irene (Joe) and Lenita. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
