She is survived by: her daughter Lilly Gazeas; her pet Pebbles; her significant other Peter Da Silva; her parents, Janet Herbert and Gary; her siblings, Kristina Petrie (Scott), Curtis Herbert (Crystal) and Jason Herbert; and her nieces and nephews, Ashley, Megan, Austin, Cara and Cailee. She is also survived by her family and friends.
