He is survived by: his parents, Dana Moxam and Neal Moxam; his sisters, Amélie and Isla; his grandparent Gail Brideau (Gigi); his aunts and uncles, Coco Brideau (Nicole), Emitt Kuyt, Scott (Sherry Nelson), Sarah, Shane and Jenn; his close friend Marol; and his caregivers, Holland Bloorview, Grandview Kids and Safehaven.
