It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dulcie McConnell (Oshawa, Ontario), who passed away on November 5, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Dulcie is survived by: daughters, Maxine (Brian) and Sheilagh (Darryll); and brother Winston (Maud). Dulcie is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and friends.
