He was predeceased by: his son Tim. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his daughters, Cindy (Mike Milling), Karen (Rich Shoemaker) and Linda (Ken Van Schyndel); his grandchildren, Donald (Brittany), Ginny, Brandon (Emilee), Michelle (Mike), Heather (Braeden), Richard (Madison), Lisa (Jemuel) and Emily; and his sibling Sandy Ethier. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
