She was predeceased by: her father Walter Puhach; and her grandparents, Michael, Klaudia Puhach, James and Elizabeth Armstrong.

She is survived by: her mother Joan Puhach; her sibling Laurie Puhach-Gaudette (Phillip); and her friends, Barb, Chris and Kerry. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles, cousins and all her friends.
