He is survived by: his children, Emilee (Justin) and Kirsten (Jordan); his grandchild Kaiden; his parents, Gary and Shirley; his brother Andrew (Katherine); his nieces and nephews, Brooke and Carter; and his pets, Lukka, Ella and Chloe. He is also survived by his family and friends.
