He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Gail; his sons, James (Jim), Daniel (Cindy) and Robert Mark (Dolly); his grandchildren, Nathan, Tyson, Danica, Kolby, Felicity, Shannon and Rachel; and his parents, C. I. Dan and V. S. Dan.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Oshawa Sports Hall of Fame, Humane Society or Alzheimer Society.
