We are sad to announce that on December 6, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Czeslawa Kowalczyk (Oshawa, Ontario). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Lesak and Sabina of Poland; and her husband Jan (John). She is survived by: her sister Marila (Marilyn) of Poland; the mothers of children, Mary and Elizabeth (Michael); and her son John of Oshawa. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or St. Hedwig's Catholic Church. Donations are being accepted for: HEART STROKE FOUNDATION ONTARIO (HEART AND STROKE FOUNDATION OF ONTARIO).
