She was predeceased by: her husband Hugh "Gerry" Mackintosh; her grandson Gregory Jr.; and her siblings, Herbert Ensoll, Florence Brooks (Bill), Agnes Green, Christina Mackie and Nevin Ensoll.

She is survived by: her children, Heather Duguay (Clarence), Deborah Faber (Ed), Thomas Mackintosh (Chris), Gerald Mackintosh (Lori), Scott Mackintosh (Kathy) and Charlotte Xibilia (Nunzio); her grandchildren, Kevin, Karrie, Angela, Emily, Daniel, Jordan, Katie, Avery, Kelsey, Jacob, Abigail and Sarah; her great grandchildren, Nicholle, Kathleen, Samantha, Alan, Parker, Ashleigh, Joanna, Isaiah, Norah, Nora and Calden; and her great great grandchild Misty Grace.
