He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Melissa Moore; his parents, Calvin and Josephine; his sons, Dustin, Tyler (Ashley) and Luke (Holly); his grandchildren, Isabella, DJ, Mason and Maverick; and his siblings, Stephanie and Jamie. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
