He was predeceased by: his wife Beverley; his parents, George Carey and Mary Carey; and his siblings, Jerry, Anna, Stan and Ron.
He is survived by: his children, Diane (Dean), Mike (Sheila) and Pat (Mike); his grandchildren, Ryan (Kelly), Jena (Mark), Jordan (Sara), Dana (Jacob), Justin (Rebecca) and Nathan (Meaghann); and his great grandchildren, Amelia, Bennett and Cooper.
