She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Douglas Newlands; and her son James Duncan Newlands. She is survived by: her children, Christine Lynn Newlands, Jennifer Denise Newlands-Ritchie (Blake) and Robert Gordon Newlands; and her sister Donalda Abbot (Bob).
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Armstrong Funeral Home (124 King St E, Oshawa, ON L1H1B6).
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
