Lorne Thompson Obituary

Passed away peacefully at the Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital on Thursday August 3rd, 2017 in his 75th year. Beloved husband of Patricia (nee Scott) for 53 years. Loving father of Robert Thompson (Christine), and Dale Thompson. Proud grandfather of Kathryn, Megan, Scott, and Samantha. Dear brother of Jack (Linda), Barbara, Phillip (Marlene), and the late Shirley.

Lorne will be lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews family and friends. Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James St. E. Orillia on Sunday August 7th, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Monday August 7th, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Interment Knox Presbyterian Cemetery, Oro Medonte.
